Shipping was a lot slower than the 2 to 5 days they advertise, closer to two weeks once a label was even generated, and I had to send a follow-up email just to get tracking. The CJC-1295 itself arrived intact with the vials filled correctly and properly capped, and the COA they emailed checked out. Product is fine but the wait and the chasing knock it down for me.

Placed a first order in June that went fine, but when I went back in July the whole website was offline with a maintenance notice. Tried the gmail support address and waited about five days for a one-line reply that didn't really tell me when they'd be back up. Hard to rely on a vendor you can't actually order from half the time.

TB-500 and Ipamorelin both showed up in two days, wrapped tight with no rattling. Easy reorder.

No certificate came in the box, just the vials and an invoice. I emailed and they did send a COA back a couple days later, but it was a generic sheet for the compound and not tied to my actual batch number. Would rather it just be in the package and batch-specific like the better sources do.

Only knocked off one star because their prices went up about 15% recently and there's no loyalty discount program for repeat customers.
