Site says order before 2pm CST and it ships that day. I ordered at noon and it didn't actually go out until two days later, no heads up. When it arrived the vials were sealed and looked fine. Customer service did eventually answer my email about the delay, just slowly. Mixed bag overall, I'd cautiously order again.
