What Customers Mention
The site feels like it's from 2010 and checkout glitched on me twice before it went through. Order eventually arrived intact so I can't fault the product, just the experience getting there.
Wasn't sure what to expect from a smaller site like this but the order came through smooth. Free shipping kicked in over $150 and the package was here in five days. Vials all looked good. Would order again.
Asked for a certificate of analysis on my lot and what they sent back was a generic sheet with no batch number on it. Not what I expect when a site advertises third party testing.
I've put in maybe five orders with Quality Peptides over the past year or so and the experience is pretty consistent. Shipping is never the fastest, usually a week door to door, but it always arrives and the vials are never short-filled. The website is dated and clunky to navigate, and stock on the less common items comes and goes. For the price I'm not going to complain much. It does what I need it to.
Order sat for four days before it moved despite the site saying same day if ordered by noon. No reply when I emailed asking about it either.
Prices are noticeably lower than the bigger names and the Melanotan 2 vial arrived fine. Packaging was plain but everything was sealed properly.
Second time ordering, melatonan 2 came well packed and the lyophilized cake was intact. Pricing is fair, will use again.
Asked support for a certificate and they sent something generic, not tied to my actual batch. Product itself looked fine, powder reconstituted clear.
Ordered before noon and it actually went out same day like they say. Showed up in two days, everything sealed and labeled. No complaints.
They advertise third party testing but you can't actually find the results anywhere on the site. Order arrived fine otherwise.
Third order with them and it's been consistent. Packaging is plain but everything always arrives well padded.
Prices are reasonable and the free shipping over $150 is easy to hit. Vials arrived intact, fill looked accurate. Would have liked a COA in the box.
Order was fine, took a while to get a reply when I emailed about stock. A couple days for a response is a bit slow.
Two of the vials looked right but the third was clearly short on fill. Reached out and never really got a straight answer.
Checkout was simple and the weekly coupon emails are a nice touch. Got my order in three days, vials sealed properly.
Said same day but mine sat for almost a week before tracking updated. Product was sealed and labeled fine when it finally came.
Been ordering from Quality Peptides for about 4 months now and they've been pretty consistent. Latest order was DSIP and Retatrutide for some comparative research work. Both came with COAs showing solid purity (DSIP at 98.2%, Retatrutide at 98.8%). Shipping took 5 days with proper cold packing and everything arrived in good condition. I appreciate that they include detailed reconstitution instructions with each order which is helpful. Pricing is competitive and they often have discount codes which brings the cost down. Customer service has been responsive when I've had questions. Only complaint is their website can be slow to load sometimes and the search function isn't great. Overall though, reliable vendor.
Gets the job done. Shipping was average, packaging nothing special, prices in line with everyone else. No real wow factor.
Ordered CJC-1295 and DSIP from Quality Peptides based on a colleague's recommendation. The products arrived after 7 days which was a bit longer than advertised. The CJC-1295 COA looked good at 98.6% purity, but the DSIP vial had some concerning residue at the bottom even before reconstitution. I reached out to customer service and they took 3 days to respond, then offered a replacement but I had to pay shipping again which felt wrong. The CJC seems to be performing fine in my research but I'm hesitant to use the DSIP. Pricing was decent, not the cheapest but not expensive either. Packaging was adequate but nothing special. Overall the experience was just okay - I've had better with other vendors.
Placed an order and then got an email two days later saying one item was out of stock. Refund took longer than I'd like.
