Shipping took 5 days with proper cold packing and everything arrived in good condition. I appreciate that they include detailed reconstitution instructions with each order which is helpful. Pricing is competitive and they often have discount codes which brings the cost down. Customer service has been responsive when I've had questions. Only complaint is their website can be slow to load sometimes and the search function isn't great. The products arrived after 7 days which was a bit longer than advertised. The CJC-1295 COA looked good at 98.6% purity, but the DSIP vial had some concerning residue at the bottom even before reconstitution. I reached out to customer service and they took 3 days to respond, then offered a replacement but I had to pay shipping again which felt wrong. The CJC seems to be performing fine in my research but I'm hesitant to use the DSIP. Pricing was decent, not the cheapest but not expensive either. Packaging was adequate but nothing special.
