What Customers Mention
The cold pack had completely melted by the time the box reached me and the packaging was pretty minimal otherwise. Reached out to support and got a reply, but it took three days. Not a great first impression for the price.
Order took almost two weeks to get to me. Product itself looked fine and the vial fill was accurate, just wish they'd move a little faster on fulfillment.
Ordered BPC-157 and a GHK-Cu vial. Both showed up well packed with a batch-specific COA in the box, which I wasn't expecting from a smaller vendor. Took five days to arrive but no complaints.
Quick checkout, BPC-157 shipped next day and the COA was included. Decent vial quality. Would order again.
Half the things I wanted were out of stock and stayed that way for weeks. What I did order was okay but the limited availability is annoying.
Had a question about an order and their customer service got back to me same day, really friendly. Semaglutide was packed well and shipped quick.
Two of three vials looked great, one had a thin uneven cake. Not a dealbreaker but worth mentioning. Shipping speed was fine.
Got the pre-mixed CJC and Ipa blend which saves prep time. COA showed both compounds at proper concentrations. Arrived cold with gel packs still frozen. Reconstitution was straightforward. Good vendor, no complaints.
MK-677 arrived in about 5 days, plain but secure packaging. COA matched the batch this time. Reasonable enough.
This was my first order from PeptideVault and I'm pleased with the experience. Ipamorelin came with a COA showing 99.3% purity from a reputable testing facility. The vial was properly sealed and labeled with clear batch information. Reconstituted without issues - completely clear solution with no cloudiness. Their customer service team was helpful when I had questions about storage recommendations. Shipping took 4 business days which is reasonable. Price was competitive compared to other vendors I researched. Packaging was discreet and professional. Will order from them again.
Placed an order, charged my card, and the package never arrived. Support eventually replied after a week and offered a reshipment but the whole thing was a headache.
Quality is alright, GHK-Cu vial was sealed and labeled well. Just feels a bit overpriced for what you get. Shipping was reasonable though.
Reordered CJC-1295 here. Powder reconstitutes clear and the vials are filled accurately as far as I can tell. Will keep using them.
Ordered NAD+ and Selank for neurological research protocols. Both products came with detailed third-party COAs showing excellent purity levels. The NAD+ was particularly impressive with minimal oxidation degradation products. Selank reconstituted smoothly and showed proper peptide characteristics under analysis. Their packaging is professional grade with pharmaceutical vials and proper labeling including lot numbers and expiration dates. Shipping was fast at 3 business days with accurate tracking. Customer service reached out proactively when my order was delayed by one day due to weather. Pricing is fair considering the quality control standards they maintain.
Took almost two weeks to arrive and tracking didn't update for days. Product itself was okay once it got here but the wait was rough.
Ipamorelin order came fast and the lyophilized cake was intact. Good price compared to a couple other places I checked.
Product looked fine, vials sealed and labeled properly. But the COA they sent was a generic one, not matched to my batch number. Asked support and never got a clear answer.
Ordered BPC-157 and TB-500, both showed up well packed and the COA was in the box. Shipping took about 6 days. No complaints.
