What Customers Mention
I've been a Peptide Pros customer for a couple years and have probably placed eight or nine orders, so this is a fair picture rather than a one-off. The good: pricing is genuinely competitive, the rewards program actually saves money once it stacks up, and BPC-157 and TB-500 have basically always been in stock when I needed them. Vial fill has been consistent across every order. The not-so-good: shipping speed swings a lot. Some orders land in four days, others crawl for a week and a half with tracking that barely updates, and once I had to email before anything moved. Their COA situation is also frustrating, the links on product pages are hit or miss and the sheets aren't always tied to the exact lot you got. The payment options are limited too, no normal cards, which trips up new buyers. None of that has been a dealbreaker for me because the core product and the prices keep me coming back, but I'd tell anyone ordering for the first time to set expectations on the shipping and not count on pulling a clean batch-specific COA every time.
Domestic order showed up in four days, well padded with the vials bubble wrapped. Free shipping kicked in over the $150 mark which was a nice touch.
Order sat with no tracking movement for over a week so I emailed asking what was going on. They were polite about it but I ended up paying for expedited shipping just to get it moving, and it landed about two weeks after I placed it. Product itself was fine and the vials looked properly filled, just a slow process overall.
One of the few places that consistently carries Ipamorelin, Sermorelin and the SARMs side under one roof, so I don't have to split orders across vendors. Pricing is fair and the order arrived intact.
Had a question about an order and their support team got back to me same day with a real answer. Vials arrived properly sealed and filled. Hard to fault.
Ordered a couple vials plus bacteriostatic water and the water just wasn't in the package when it showed up. Emailed support and it took several days to get a reply, then they said they'd send it separately. Annoying to deal with for something that should be simple.
I've ordered from Peptide Pros on and off for a long time and the experience is consistent. Vials are filled correctly, the rewards points add up, and CJC-1295 has been in stock every time I've needed it.
Tried to pull the certificate of analysis for my TB-500 before ordering and the COA link on the product page just reloaded itself, no document. Ordered anyway since they've been around a while and the order itself arrived fine. They should really fix those links though.
Per-mg pricing on their BPC-157 beats most places I've checked, and the bulk break on a five vial order made it even better. Shipping took about a week which is the only reason this isn't a five.
Second time ordering BPC-157, same fast shipping and the powder looked clean both times. Packaging is basic but does the job.
Prices for MK-677 are great and shipping is fast when they have it. Half the time the thing I want is out of stock though.
Order was fine but took four days to hear back when I asked about a tracking issue. Product arrived eventually, vials intact.
Several orders in, shipping is always fast and pricing beats most. CJC-1295 came sealed and clean. The checkout payment options are the only weak spot.
Quick turnaround, ordered Friday got it Tuesday. Ipamorelin vials full and properly labeled. Good rewards points too.
Prices and shipping are good. My only gripe is the COA they provided looked like a UV report, not the HPLC they advertise. Product itself seemed fine.
Fast, well priced, vials sealed and labeled. BPC-157 reconstituted clear. Will keep ordering.
Half the things I want are always sold out. Ordered TB-500 finally when it was back and shipping was quick at least.
Long time customer. Ipamorelin and sermorelin consistently good, vials full, powder clean. Wish they took cards but otherwise solid.
No frills, just a bubble mailer, but everything inside was sealed and intact. Shipping speed is the strong point here.
Cardarine liquid and MK-677, both well priced. The bulk tiers save real money if you order a lot. Came in two days.
