Ordered expecting the same quick turnaround other people mention and it took closer to nine days to arrive. Asked customer service for an update partway through and the reply came two days later, after the package had already landed. The peptide itself looked fine and the vial was intact, so it's really the communication and the pace that let it down for me.

Stacked one of their discount codes on top of an already fair price and the order still shipped quick. Vials were sealed properly and the COA checked out.

Product was fine and arrived in about a week. Box was nothing special and one vial sat a little low but nothing I'd return.

This was a bad experience start to finish. I placed an order, got a confirmation email, and then nothing. The tracking number they sent never registered with the carrier at all — not delayed, just never scanned in. I emailed twice over the course of ten days and got no reply to either message. Eventually I had to dispute the charge to get my money back. To be fair the payment did get refunded once the dispute went through, so I wasn't out the money in the end. But losing two weeks waiting on an order that apparently never shipped, with zero communication, is not something I'd sign up for again. I'd ordered from them without trouble a couple of times before, which is the only reason this is so disappointing.

I've gone back and forth on whether to keep ordering from Narrows. On one hand the pricing is some of the better I've found and the free domestic shipping adds up over multiple orders. On the other hand their COA practices are inconsistent — some products have a recent batch-specific certificate, others link something generic and months old. This last order the COA was current, which was a relief. Packaging was a plain padded mailer, vials intact, fill looked right. They're fine, just keep your expectations measured and check the testing docs before you buy.

Placed the order in the morning and it shipped the same afternoon, exactly like their site says. Good turnaround.

Half the peptides I wanted were marked out of stock and the ones available had crept up in price compared to my order earlier this year. Ended up only getting one of the three things on my list. The single vial that did ship was packaged fine, I'll give them that, but the inventory situation made the whole thing frustrating.

Third order with them and shipping has been consistent every time. Boxes are plain but everything inside is padded well.

Used Narrows years ago back when they did SARMs and the experience this time was about the same — decent product, okay packaging, nothing that wows you. The vial fill looked a touch under the line on one of the two I ordered. Not enough to complain hard about, just worth mentioning.

Pricing is genuinely competitive and the free US shipping is a nice touch. Took five days to reach me on the east coast.

This latest batch came with a really detailed COA that included additional amino acid sequencing data which was super helpful for my documentation. Purity came in at 98.6% which is excellent. Reconstituted perfectly and the vial quality is noticeably better than some budget vendors I've tried. Shipping was 5 days, tracking updated regularly. Price point is fair for the quality. Only minor gripe is their website doesn't save your shipping address for future orders so you have to re-enter everything each time. Will definitely keep ordering for research purposes though.
