Element Peptides
Boutique peptide vendor emphasizing small-batch quality control.
What Customers Mention
I have ordered from a few different vendors over the past year and Element keeps winning on cost. The BPC-157 and TB-500 here run noticeably cheaper than the two other sites I used before, and the sales make it even better. Shipping has been fast and consistent on all four of my orders, usually two to three days since they ship from Texas. The only thing I would change is the packaging, it is just a plain mailer with no branding and the vials rattle around a bit. Nothing has ever broken though, and customer service answered my one stock question quickly over chat. For a budget option I have been happy and will keep reordering.
The peptides made it fine but the cold pack they included was completely warm by the time the box reached me in July. Not sure how much good it did sitting in a mailer that long. Wish they used better insulation for summer shipments.
Caught one of their sales and the GHK-Cu was a great deal. Out the door fast, here in two days.
I ordered tirzepatide and the label on what showed up said semaglutide. Emailed them and because I was past their 30 day return window they would not do anything about it. Frustrating to be stuck with the wrong item over a return policy. Shipping was fast at least, for whatever that is worth.
Second time buying the AOD-9604 from these guys. Both orders shipped same day and showed up fast since they are domestic. Prices have crept up a little since my first order but still reasonable.
Had a question about stock on retatrutide before ordering and used the live chat. Got a real answer in a couple minutes, not a canned reply. Placed the order right after and shipping was quick. Good experience all around.
The semaglutide arrived quick and the vials looked fine. My issue is the COA they sent over was a generic one, not matched to the lot number on my vial. Asked support about it and got a vague answer. Knocking points for that.
No complaints on the TB-500 itself, vials were sealed well and the fill looked right. Packaging is bare bones though, just a padded mailer with the vials loose inside. For the price I will take it.
Ordered the BPC-157 on a sale and the price was honestly hard to beat. Tracking hit my inbox the next morning and it showed up in three days.
Second order from them. Shipping was fine and vials were sealed and labeled properly. First order they were out of stock on what I wanted, so middle of the road for me.
Still a fine source but the retatrutide is noticeably more expensive than it was a few months back. Shipping is still quick at least.
Checkout was simple, shipping took about five days, COA matched. Ipamorelin reconstituted clear. Would order again.
Just vials loose in a padded mailer, no cold pack at all. Everything arrived intact but for the price of a GLP order I expected a bit more care.
Three day delivery, vials looked clean and the lyophilized cake was intact. Hard to beat on price.
Ordered tirzepatide and the box had semaglutide instead. They sorted it eventually but it took a few emails and the return window made me nervous.
After testing Semaglutide from six different vendors over the past year for my research institution, Element Peptides has become my preferred source. The quality control is immediately apparent from the packaging - medical-grade vials with laser-etched lot numbers, properly crimped aluminum seals, and pharmaceutical-grade rubber stoppers. The included COA shows 99.6% purity via HPLC with full mass spectrometry data, which is more documentation than most vendors provide. The lyophilized peptide cake was flawless: uniform white color, no yellowing or degradation, firm structure that indicates proper lyophilization technique. Reconstitution with 2ml bacteriostatic water took approximately 20 seconds with gentle swirling, resulting in a crystal-clear solution with zero particulates or cloudiness. Shipping was impressively fast at 3 days despite ordering during a holiday week. The cold chain was maintained perfectly with gel packs still semi-frozen upon arrival. Customer service is exceptional - they answered detailed questions about their manufacturing process and third-party testing protocols within 2 hours. My only minor critique is the premium pricing at roughly 15% above budget vendors, but the consistency and quality justify the cost for serious research applications. The website interface is professional and the reordering process is streamlined. Element has earned my continued business and I've already placed two subsequent orders. Highly recommended for researchers who refuse to compromise on peptide quality and vendor transparency.
My order was delayed and I left a grumpy review. They reached out same day, resent everything and threw in an extra vial. Customer service won me back.
Shipping was fine, about a week. The certificate they linked looked generic rather than tied to my actual batch. Would like to see lot numbers match.
BPC-157 and TB-500 both arrived well packed in a small box. COA was on the site. Can't complain at these prices.
Emailed twice asking when retatrutide would be back and never heard a word. The first order was smooth but the silence after isn't great.
